Data collected

The form requires your name, organisation name, email address and a description of the process or problem you would like to improve. Your role, current tools and additional message are optional.

Please do not include sensitive data or trade secrets in an initial enquiry.

If you book a meeting, Cal.com processes the contact details and information you enter in the calendar, as well as your chosen time slot, to arrange the conversation.

Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to understand your needs, respond to your enquiry, arrange discussions and, if you wish, prepare a commercial proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request for project enquiries, and on ALMAD Systems' legitimate interest in responding to other professional enquiries.

Recipients and service providers

Data is intended solely for Arnaud MÈGE and the technical providers needed for hosting, booking meetings and delivering messages: OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Cal.com, Resend, Namecheap routing services and the professional email inbox provider.

The form does not create a website-specific database. Resend processes email content and delivery metadata and retains email data for 30 days by default.

The Cal.com calendar is loaded only when you ask to book a meeting. This service also processes technical data needed for its operation. For more information, see the Cal.com privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some technical providers are based in or use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. These transfers are covered by the transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards offered by those providers in accordance with applicable regulations.

Retention periods

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it, then for up to three years after the last contact. Some information may be archived for longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies, analytics and technical logs

ALMAD Systems does not install advertising or analytics tools on this website. The third-party Cal.com calendar, activated at your request, follows its own operating and privacy rules. Hosting providers may also process technical logs, including IP addresses and security information, to deliver and protect the website.

Website language

To suggest a language, the website uses your browser’s primary language and the connection country provided by Cloudflare, without an additional geolocation service or retention of your IP address by this feature. Switching language is voluntary. Your FR/EN choice is saved in your browser’s local storage until it is cleared; dismissing the suggestion is remembered for the session. This information is not used for advertising tracking.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data and object to certain processing where permitted by law. To exercise your rights, write to contact@almadsystems.com.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Security

Appropriate measures are in place to limit unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. No means of transmission or storage can be guaranteed risk-free, so sensitive information should not be sent without prior agreement.
